phosphor: react to fitimage artifact rename

poky rev d0a8532abb changed the naming conventions for fit image
artifacts.  Update where we look for fit artifacts to match.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
