Add entry for gpu_func sensor in MRW config YAML
With this entry, code will be able to map a gpu_func sensor
that comes down in an eSEL to an inventory item so a callout
can be done.
Resolves openbmc/openbmc#2955
Tested: Checked that the GPU inventory items now show up
in inventory-sensor-gen.cpp
