meta-phosphor: inventory: drop config-native

With the switch of phosphor-inventory-manager to target class
configuration recipes, this recipe is no longer used.  Drop.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
