meta-phosphor: Adding machine name in MANIFEST

Added machine name in the image manifest file which can be used to
verify on target while upgrading

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
