Seperate OpenBMC and Poky Distro Since the OpenBMC is it's own distribution, we should not be strictly dependent upon poky. Using require poky.conf breaks our ability to update the variable LOCALCONF_VERSION since it is set to 1 by poky.conf. If we want to continue getting updates as poky changes, they should be brought over manually.
