phosphor-inventory-manager: remove p-d-i-native DEPEND

PIM uses phosphor-dbus-interfaces-native in order to obtain the
interface YAML to perform additional processing on.  The non-native
p-d-i package also provides this YAML, so switch to using it instead.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
