meta-phosphor: add raspberrypi folder: add linux-kernel gpio-key patch

Add raspberrypi folder in meta-phosphor match phosphor related
package.

Add phosphor-gpio-keys cfg for build phosphor related kernel.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
