phosphor: classes: remove tabs from python code

A recent upstream bitbake enhancement results in these warnings:

WARNING: python should use 4 spaces indentation, but found tabs in
config-in-skeleton.bbclass, line 19
WARNING: python should use 4 spaces indentation, but found tabs in
config-in-skeleton.bbclass, line 20

python doesn't really do tabs anyway...so update to be conventional by
removing tabs.
