MAINTAINERS: remove Ed Tanous as reviewer

Per mailing list email, Ed is no longer at Intel and the email address
listed in the MAINTAINERS file is not valid.

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
