sensor: Modify config for sensor to add additional fields

Added entity ID, entity instance and sensor naming pattern to the
generated sensor yaml.

Resolves openbmc/openbmc#2612

OpenBMC

meta-phosphor is the OpenBMC layer. This layer should be included for all OpenBMC systems. The OpenBMC layer contains content which is shared between all OpenBMC systems.
