meta-quanta: olympus-nuvoton: ipmi sensor: revise sensor value The type of sensor value has been changed to double. https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/c/openbmc/phosphor-dbus-interfaces/+/11739 we should chnage the sensor value type from int64 to double and remove the scale parameter.
