meta-quanta: olympus-nuvoton: power: update psu inventory over pmbus

According to PMBUS spec, there is an Inventory Information we can update to PSU inventory.

MFR_ID - Manufacturer
MFR_MODEL  - Model
MFR_SERIAL - SerialNumber
IC_DEVICE_ID - PartNumber
