Barreleye: Update packagegroup-obmc-apps-extrasdev name The extrasdev package name was updated to packagegroup-obmc-apps-extrasdev, update it in the barreleye platform to the new name. Also move it to the barreleye.conf since it appears the package remove does not take effect anymore on the local.conf.sample file.
