Update the jenkins-subpath

Change was made to how the build was extracted from the build-setup.sh.
The change from there impacts the QEMU-Launch portion as it borrows
the output build from the build-setup.sh. Variable default updated
to reflect the change of it now being under ./openbmc/build.
