Change to create_boot_table in lib/boot_data.py - For every boot_type we should have a corresponding mfg mode boot type. I therefore create a corresponding mfg table entry for each boot type. Change-Id: I39381a86be366d3f3ea017159af106a2002333fa Signed-off-by: Michael Walsh <micwalsh@us.ibm.com>
