Add skip error option for journald log checking

Usage:
    Single string pattern option usage:
    -v SKIP_ERROR:'core-dump'

    Multiple string pattern "\|" separated option usage:
    -v SKIP_ERROR:'core-dump/Failed to start OpenPOWER OCC'
