Copy combined log report in logs directory.

This change includes:
    - Copy combined log report in logs folder of execution
      directory.
    - Appended combined report file name with timestamp.
    - Ignore HTML To PDF file conversion in case of error.

Resolves openbmc/openbmc-test-automation/issues/720
