Changes to gen_print.py.
- get_arg_name: Improved debug output.
- Streamline getting GET_ARG_NAME_DEBUG.
- Added code to recognize GET_ARG_NAME_SHOW_SOURCE.
- I added code to process calls from functions which were
dynamically created (and therefore have no source code
available).
- sprint_varx: Corrected some failures to handle dictionaries.
- Made some pep8 corrections.
