Move ac cycles testing to the extended test dir The purpose of the extended directory was for tests with a single focus and would typically not be something to run all the time. The AC Cycles test was a buster program designed to simulate the AC getting yanked many times. It requires special hardware (PDU) and so for those reasons it is not needed in the traditional tests dir.
