Support all parameter combinations in Redfish boot tests
With the new boot override settings design it is now possible to
support all combinations of Boot Source Override parameters.
In particular now it is possible to support checks with either
BootSourceOverrideEnabled=Disabled or BootSourceOverrideTarget=None.
