MalformedJSON CSR POST On Request JSON data

Changes:
    - Directly pass the CSR JSON data to the post request

Tested: Ran test cases tags bellow
      Get_CSR_Request_Signed_By_VMI_And_Verify
	  Send_CSR_Request_When_VMI_Is_Off_And_Verify
