Fixed ssh_pw not found in 'Create OS Console Command String'.
Also, in 'Stop SOL Console Logging', changed the 'cat ${log_file_path}'
to be quiet when the log file doesn't exist.
Resolves openbmc/openbmc-test-automation#1027
