New boot JSON file supporting only OSRunning boot progress

Changes:
    - Added new boot JSON file and this new boot JSON
      is not called in unless the user explicitly
      selects it to boot through the option mentioned
      below.

Tested:
     Using the CLI option
    -v BOOT_TABLE_PATH:data/boot_table_osrunning_redfish.json
