+Fixed:
+$ export CCACHE_DEBUG=1
+$ ccache gcc -c hello.c -o /dev/null
+
+Segmentation fault (core dumped)
+
+This is because failed to open /dev/null.foo (Permission denied), check file
+stream before write to it can fix the problem.
+
