add sunray2, fsp2 based soc
* add fsp2 meta
* add sunray2 evaluation board
* create zobmc ppc kernel for fsp2 based boards
* remove phosphor gpio keys
* only -k core-image-minimal working fine for now due to
problems with workbook and ipmi dependencies
