| Subject: [PATCH] optee: enable clang support |

| When compiling with clang, the LIBGCC_LOCATE_CFLAG variable used |
| to provide a sysroot wasn't included, which results in not locating |
| compiler-rt. This is mitigated by including the variable as ammended. |
