Subject: avcodec/pngenc: remove monowhite from apng formats

Upstream-Status: Inappropriate

RPI-Distro repo clones original ffmpeg and applies patches to enable
raspiberry pi support.

Monowhite pixel format is not supported, and it does not make sense
to add support for it.
