Reduce esel footprint in /tmp Now that event logs are stored as part of persistant storage there is no longer a need to keep tmp full of these logs. I am converting back to using a single file as the temp space for esels
This .so file and accompaning test program is designed to support the OpenPOWER's BIOS OEM command
