Always clean up the scratch dir

The scratch directory, holding the extracted squashfs image and
the temporary UBI image, can be quite large, >40MB.
Use trap to make sure it always gets cleaned up.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
