PNOR: Switch Software Version based on priority.

If the user specifically sets the priority of a version
to the lowest value, then we need to update the symlinks
and change PNOR current version.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
