Activation: Create UBI volume on RequestedActivation

When the RequestedActivation property is set to Active, call
the ubimount service with the version id to create a ubi
volume with the version id as its name.

To Build

To build this package, do the following steps:

    1. ./bootstrap.sh
    2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
    3. make

To full clean the repository again run `./bootstrap.sh clean`.
