Add Bonnell Support

-- Add initial support for Bonnell
-- Miscellaneous fixes in the VPD app:
   Set Enabled property as true by default.
   Capture the mismatched data for system VPD in the PEL.
   Clear CCIN for FRUs where the VPD cannot be collected.
