Remove witherspoon prefix from pfault-analysis
Remove the witherspoon prefix from the witherspoon-pfault-analysis based
recipes for applications and service files to avoid confusion when these
are reused by Swift.
Point to latest commit of witherspoon-pfault-analysis.
