meta-facebook: yosemitev2: Add json config for more than two channels support in ipmbbridge.

Added json configurations to support multi host channels
or more than two channels in ipmbbridge.

TESTED : Built Facebook YosemiteV2 images and loaded on
the target hardware. We are able to see BMC to all
host communications through Ipmb
