pfr-manager: add ufmSupport property to PFR.Attributes interface.

Add support to update the ufmSupport property in PFR.Attributes
interface.

Tested:
Command: busctl introspect xyz.openbmc_project.PFR.Manager /xyz/
         openbmc_project/pfr
