remove more vim modelines

Avoid preferential treatment of any specific workflow or tool.  This
is approximately the same logic behind bans on things like links to
non-project bug-trackers.

Only the xyz/openbmc_project interfaces are built by default.

Enable the OpenPower D-Bus interfaces with:

--enable-openpower-dbus-interfaces
