callouts: set process metadata field

Set the process metadata field for CALLOUT_DEVICE_PATH.This means a
handler will have to be implemented for the metadata CALLOUT_DEVICE_PATH
by the logging application, but that is only if there's a need to add
CALLOUT_DEVICE_PATH to an error.
