Adding new state "FirmwareUpdate" to BMCState Added new state "FirmwareUpdate" to represents that the BMC is in firmware update mode. As per IPMI spec GetDeviceID should represent Firmware update state in bit 7 of Byte 4(Firmware Revision). Tested: Cheked GetDeviceID response by setting & Res-setting BMCState to "FirmwareUpdate" state.
