control:p10bmc: Raise floor when any OCC sensor is nonfunctional Initially, raise the fan floor when any OCC sensor is marked nonfunctional. If it is found that specific types of OCC sensors do not require the fan floor to be raised to this target, they can be removed from this event and set to a different floor when any number of that type goes nonfunctional.
