control:p10bmc: Raise floor for nonfunctional ambient or altitude Rainier4U does not utilize the altitude sensor currently. Include ambient and altitude sensors in raising the floor when they are marked nonfunctional. If either of these do not require the fan floor to be raised to this target, they can be removed from this event and set to a different floor if necessary.
