monitor: Write fan presence changes to journal These traces were already there, they were just saved in the trace buffer because the thinking was fan-presence would already write it to the journal. That isn't the case though, if fan-monitor is enabled to handle fan presence errors, then fan-presence won't be, so it won't trace things either.
