Defining session const  for multi net session mgmt

This session const will be used in multi session management and session
commands  and replace the existing session const used into lowercamel case

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
