FRU: Fix response for Read FRU Data Command

1) Add the count field as part of read fru command response.
2) Fix in copying the data from the offset.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To full clean the repository again run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
