Remove completion code from the response data structure

The completion code is the return parameter for the registered functions
so should not be part of the response structure. Client applications like
ipmitool will get the size wrong.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
