user_mgmt: Enable SOL payload access by default. Enabling SOL payload access for all users in all channels, by default. It is not mandated by IPMI spec, but needed for backward-compatibility. To build this package, do the following steps:
1. ./bootstrap.sh 2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS} 3. make
To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean
