include needed file for uint8_t def

Upstream yocto appears to have removed a free include that provided the
def of the uint8_t typedef. This causes compile failures when
bringing in the new yocto.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
