Fix failure in reading power value during PowerOff state

D-Bus sensor object to read power value is not created during
PowerOff state. Fixed to return 0 power value if sensor object
is not present.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To full clean the repository again run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
