Add a SecureBuffer class

SecureBuffer is like SecureString, but a specialization of
std::vector<uint8_t> that cleans up after itself

Tested: Executed various ipmi commands to see that they still work

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
