storagehandler: move get sdr info to new API

Rewrite: "Get SDR repository info" command to new IPMI provider API.

Tested:
Verified using ipmitool.
ipmitool raw 0x0a 0x20

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
