Remove useless wildcard handlers

The default action is to return Command Not Found, which is exactly what
the wildcard handlers are doing. This just removes that extra code that
is not needed.

To build this package, do the following steps:

1. ./bootstrap.sh
2. ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS}
3. make

To clean the repository run ./bootstrap.sh clean.
